ONLINE MARRIAGE INTENSIVES | OCTOBER ONLY
You should seriously consider
a Marriage Intensive with Coach Keith if...
Limited 3, 6, and 9-hour Intensives are available across five October weekends.
Why Would 3, 6, or 9 Hours Make a Difference?
By the time most couples come to me, they already know quite a bit about what is wrong. What they have not been able to do is change what happens between them when the real issue and ingrained patterns show up.
Having both of you with me for three, six, or nine hours gives us enough time to work with what is actually happening and increase your capacity to stay connected, address problems together, repair damage, and rebuild safety and trust.
“Honestly folks I thought my marriage was over until my divorce attorney introduced me to Keith. When we first met Keith, we spent four intensive hours with him. It was deep, very personal. It was ground breaking in our lives.”
- Shane L.
I See What Is Happening Beneath the Problems and
Know How to Lead You Through Them

In the Intensive you choose, I will work with the issue you bring while paying close attention to what is happening underneath it.
I am watching where each of you moves through the 4+ levels of brain function, which of the 25 capacities from the 5 Stages of Maturity are present or missing, how each of you protects yourself, and whether enough safety exists for truth, vulnerability, healing, and forgiveness.
I am also watching for:
- The exact moment connection is lost
- What each brain experiences as threatening
- The fear or shame beneath the visible reaction
- The strengths between you that can still be used to rebuild
This is how I identify the right starting point for your marriage, notice when negative patterns surface, introduce new responses, and recognize what both of you need before the issue can be worked through successfully.
You receive this level of attention in all three Intensives. The difference is how much time we have to understand what is happening, work on it together, repeat better experiences, and begin repairing what has been damaged.
Choose Enough Time for What Your Marriage Needs
The right choice for you depends on the complexity of what has happened, how established the patterns have become, how much repair is needed, and how ready both of you are to participate.
The Blueprint Intensive
One 3-Hour Online Session
I don't take every couple through the same steps or decide ahead of time what must happen during your Intensive. Your marriage has its own history, pain, strengths, patterns, and level of readiness. I will sort through the confusion and select a starting point I believe will give us the best use of the time we have.
For one couple, that may mean getting underneath a conflict they keep having. Another couple may need support having a conversation they have repeatedly tried and failed to complete. We may need to settle the reactions that keep taking over, restore enough safety and connection to begin repairing an injury, strengthen what is already working, or address an issue that cannot continue being avoided.
From what I see and the work we do together, I will build a Blueprint specific to your marriage. Depending on what your marriage needs, it may identify:
We will use the three hours on what your marriage needs most and what we can responsibly accomplish in the time we have.
The Blueprint Intensive is a good next step when:
- One primary issue or repeated pattern needs concentrated attention
- You no longer know where to begin
- You understand some of what is wrong but cannot change what happens between you
- You need someone to see what is happening between both of you and choose a useful starting point
- You want to work on the issue together, not leave with another list of communication advice
OCTOBER BLUEPRINT INTENSIVE PRICE: $400
Regular value: $450
Available October weekends only.
The Breakthrough Intensive
Two 3-Hour Online Sessions on Back-to-Back Days
During your six-hour Breakthrough Intensive, I promis the two of you will experience greater closeness, connection, care, and compassion with each other. We will use those experiences to address what has been hurting your marriage and begin helping you enjoy each other and your marriage again.
You will have opportunities to feel heard instead of dismissed, cared for instead of alone, and connected instead of stuck on opposite sides of the problem. I will help both of you understand what has kept those experiences from happening and guide you through creating them together more than once.
The goal is for you to leave with more than hope that your marriage can feel better. You will have experienced some of what better can feel like between the two of you and practiced how to find your way back to it.
I will lead each session based on the issue you bring, what I see happening between you, and what the two of you are ready to work on. We may need to get underneath a conflict that keeps returning, repair an injury that has affected how you see one another, strengthen a connection that has become weak, or practice staying together when one of you would normally press harder and the other would defend, shut down, or leave.
What Six Hours Will Make Possible:
- Talk about the real issue without the conversation falling apart. My 4+ levels of brain synchronization help both of you recognize when your brains have lost the ability to listen, understand, feel empathy, and make wise choices. I guide you through settling, establishing safety, co-regulating, synchronizing, and returning to the issue together.
- Understand why knowing better has not been enough to do better. Many couples know what they should say or do. They cannot access it when fear, pain, shame, anger, or years of protection take over. We work on increasing your capacity to respond well while the issue is actually happening.
- Move beyond “You do not care” and “I would not react this way if you did not come at me.” Couples often treat pressing, blaming, defending, shutting down, or avoiding responsibility as proof of who their spouse is. Maturity helps us look at what each person is able to do when the marriage requires self-control, responsibility, empathy, repair, and concern for the other person. That gives both of you something you can grow instead of another character accusation to defend against.
- Experience connection instead of only talking about connection. I use The Communication Cure® Method to create guided experiences where both of you can become more receptive, feel understood, and respond to each other with greater empathy, sympathy, and compassion.
- Give both brains more than one better experience together. One positive experience can bring hope. Repeating it helps strengthen the connection, makes the new response more familiar, and gives both of you something better to find again when you are on your own.
- Return the next day and build on what happened. We can see what stayed with you, what became difficult, and what surfaced after the first session. Then I can lead the work further instead of leaving the two of you to figure out the next step alone.
The Breakthrough Intensive is the right fit when:
- The same problem keeps returning after apologies, promises, counseling, or attempts to do better
- Pain, distrust, distance, or protective walls have become established
- More than one issue is affecting the marriage
- You need time to work on what is happening, return the next day, and strengthen a better response together
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 5:30–8:30 PM Mountain Time. Each session includes a 10-minute break.
OCTOBER BREAKTHROUGH INTENSIVE PRICE: $700
Regular value: $900
Available October weekends only.
The Builder Intensive
Three 3-Hour Online Sessions Across 3 Consecutive Days
I am sorry your marriage has come to this.
If you are considering nine hours with me, something serious has happened. Or too many things have happened for too long.
If you are considering The Builder, your marriage is at a real tipping point. You have lived with cheating, abuse, name-calling, stonewalling, constant blame, months of disconnection, intense conflict, or several of these at once. Separation or divorce has been filed, discussed, threatened, or privately considered.
Some problems have never been repaired. They were pushed aside so you could keep working, parenting, or simply get through the day. But they remained in the marriage, affected how you saw and responded to each other, and resurfaced with the next conflict. Now both of you are dealing with the damage from what happened and the damage caused by everything that followed.
The good news is that I know this level of marriage crisis well and your marriage will not overwhelm me. The vast majority of the 500+ Marriage Intensives I have led were with couples at a real tipping point. That repeated experience has taught me to see beneath the visible problems, recognize where the work needs to begin, and lead when it becomes painful or complicated. Your history, strengths, and needs will shape the work we do.
My promise is to help the two of you experience closeness, connection, care, and compassion again. I will help you address what has brought your marriage to this point, and we will work toward saving the marriage and making it satisfying and enjoyable for both of you - not merely keeping it legally intact.
With Three Consecutive Days You Will:
- Think clearly about what happens next without another blowup, threat, shutdown, or desperate decision. I help both brains settle so we can identify what needs attention first.
- Tell the truth about what still hurts and have your spouse remain present enough to hear you. We establish enough safety for vulnerability, understanding, responsibility, and repair.
- Finally talk through what happened without ending in more blame, defensiveness, stonewalling, or another unfinished conversation. I guide both of you through the places where the conversation normally breaks down.
- Experience healing and forgiveness at the right time and in the right order. Where needed, I will lead you through pain, truth, responsibility, and repair. We will take each step when enough heartfelt connection is present to carry it.
- Feel close, cared for, understood, and on the same side again. Repeated experiences using The Communication Cure® Method give both brains evidence that something better is possible.
- Come back the next day instead of being left alone with everything that surfaced. We address what became difficult and build on what was useful while it is still fresh.
The Builder Intensive is your best choice when:
- The same problem keeps returning after apologies, promises, counseling, or attempts to do better
- Pain, distrust, distance, or protective walls have become established
- More than one issue is affecting the marriage
- You need time to work on what is happening, return the next day, and strengthen a better response together
Schedule: Friday, 6:00–9:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 1:00–4:00 PM MTN. Each session includes a 10-minute break.

About Coach Keith
My thirty years of work with couples and families includes approximately 37,000 session hours. That work has included roles as a psychotherapist, pastor, biblical counselor, marriage coach, speaker, and creator of practical resources for couples.
Speaking experience includes marriage, personal-growth, and grandparenting conferences, along with national and local television, numerous podcasts, and radio interviews. My Communication Cure® at home resource has been licensed by the US ARMY and Air Force.
My services, resources, and messages have supported:

My Complete Approach to Your Marriage
Brain science, the 4+ levels of brain function, attachment, maturity, and biblical foundations come together in my work. This allows the neurological, emotional, relational, personal, and spiritual parts of a marriage to be addressed together.
My top five CliftonStrengths® are Strategic, Ideation, Individualization, Deliberative, and Futuristic. Those strengths naturally press me to understand what is unique about each couple, develop strategies and ideas that fit their goals, consider the risks before important steps are taken, and keep a vision of what their marriage could become years and decades from now.
The question is not only, “What is wrong today?” It is also, “What do we need to do now so the marriage you want can exist in the future?”
That combination provides a highly individualized approach rather than a cookie-cutter process applied to every couple.
Professional Success and Personal Growth
My decades of successful professional work with couples remain true. So does the humbling reality that my own marriage ended in divorce after 27 years.
Professional knowledge and success did not mean that my personal growth was where it needed to be or that it was finished. My divorce required a hard honest look at how well/poorly I had nurtured my most important relationships, what I had failed to guard, and what had been allowed to damage parts of my marriage and six children.
The lessons I've learned were personal - they changed me. They created in me a stronger commitment to nurture what is valuable and to guard my heart from what can damage and compromise it.
That experience did not erase the work that came before it. It grew in me a humility, compassion, urgency, and a stronger burning and yearning to do this work well.
